Problem Addressed

Humanitarian aid disbursement can be an opaque and fragmented process, lacking digital innovation and transparent solutions.

Project Description

AIDONIC leverages blockchain, AI, and digital payments technologies to bring visibility and transparency to aid delivery for non-profit organizations. The project’s end-to-end payments infrastructure and data management platform allows humanitarian organizations to deliver impact with real-time, transparent monitoring and tracking. AIDONIC’s Aid Management Platform is a GDPR-compliant tool for onboarding and communicating with aid participants.

Other features include the facilitation of partnerships with other organizations by providing tools for sharing data on-platform, project planning, monitoring, and reporting tools that automate PM activities, and supply chain management tools to track inventory, communicate with suppliers, and track deliveries. The project’s cash and digital voucher solution has been used in over 200 countries. AIDONIC NFTs track aid delivery transactions and hold impact data related to the donations made by donors.

By generating revenue from international organizations, AIDONIC is able to provide pro-bono consultation services to local aid organizations operating closer to the communities being served. AIDONIC provides a tool to create humanitarian DAOs through local organizations and with the communities they are serving, allowing community members to participate in decision-making, feedback, and to gain ownership over the projects serving them.
